In 1975 the first flagship Bayseas’ was opened on W. W. White Road in San Antonio, Texas. Since that time Bayseas’ has provided over 40 years of commitment to serving the best tasting seafood using the freshest ingredients. Mr. Hill, founder, learned the fine art of cooking from French chefs while working on a Louisiana cruise ship. He brought that knowledge back with him to San Antonio and has perfected his unique specialty blended batter. Mr. Hill is known for his gumbo.
